Homemade cheese pizza.  Nothing fancy, but I do want to indicate how happy I was with how this turned out.  My pictures usually come out a little bright, and this is no exception.  The dough was nice and dark, and there was a good char to the bottom.  This may have been my closest-to-perfection crust (although obviously the rim puffed up pretty big).
